Drafting based on visits and what they normally draft for positions early.
Feel that the WRs they like are gone, OTs gone except Raimann, Davis at DT gone.
Trade #24, 3rd in 2023 for #27, #80, #107 (Hou acquired #27 in a trade)
Trade #27 for #32, #34 from Detroit (they overpay to acquire Matt Corral QB)
Trade #56, #88 for #41 from Seattle
Trade #129, #178 for #116 from Denver
Trade #193 for #197, #222, #235 from Jacksonville
#32 - Bernhard Raimann OT Central Michigan - believe Dallas has him as top rated OT due to athletism, high floor and high ceiling, can play several positions early but see him as the swing OT for 2022 and starting LT in 2023
#34 - Zion Johnson OG Boston College - should immediately start at LG and also could play OC if Biadasz doesn't step up his game, Johnson is a good run blocker and pass protector. Even if Tyler Linderbaum was still on the board believe they go Johnson, telling that Linderbaum had no visits with Cowboys at all
#41 - George Pickens WR Cincinnati - came back quickly from ACL in spring of 2021 to contribute, has elite skills and quite possibly one of the better WR in this class, should be much better with additional time to heal and putting on muscle, can really stretch the field if needed
#80 - Sam Williams DE Ole Miss - mainly a pass rusher and a good one, Quinn worked him out personally and seems to favor him, should rotate immediately at RDE
#107 - Jeremy Ruckert TE Ohio St. - a sort of Dalton Schultz clone, adequate blocker, good hands, has a great knack for getting open, very good route runner
#116 - Zyon McCollum CB Sam Houston St - a small school guy with all the measurable that Quinn wants, not afraid of an island, good run support, ball hawk, smart player, team captain, going to be a surprise to many
#155 - John Ridgeway DT Arkansas - has the long arms and strength that Quinn loves, should develop into a better pass rusher under Quinn, already a very good run stopper, former wrestler helps
#167 - Quay Walker LB Georgia - should challenge LVE for playing time, good tackler, smart player, and has very good speed for a LB
#176 - Jelani Woods TE Virginia - 2021 was a breakout year, big, tall, strong, great red Zone target, great size, needs to learn to block better with his size, slips lower than expected due to tape of past years not showing much
#197 - Pierre Strong RB South Dakota St. - has the ability to be a NFL starter, should offer some good relief for Elliott and Pollard in games, good ST player
#222 - Erik Ezukanma WR Texas Tech - could be one of the sleepers in this draft, has the ability to be very good
#235 - Marquese Bell S Florida A&M - see him as a special teams guy right away with a chance to be a backup safety in year two
