6 Year Old Boy Sums it Up Well

That's why I went to war... to protect your candy butt and protect your right to live the way you do. And I will live the way I want and raise my children the way I think is correct.

You're self-righteous and annoying. And my candy butt will take you on any time.

Good bye.

First off, thank you for your service. I live very close to USMC Lejeune, I have many friends in the core and retired from the core. None would ever say "I went to war to protect your candy butt" They have to much respect to say crap like that.

Don't thank me for my service if you don't mean it. You're welcome anyway. You are incorrect about what Marines say. I've heard them say otherwise many times. So... as you were.

Bless his heart. Well kid. Get used to it. Suffering is what Cowboy fans do.

I'm sincere in my thanks, as I always am. I guess we know different classes of Military.

If you are sincere then I accept it and you are welcome. Some folks consider the company present before speaking and don't tell it as they actually see it. Marines are a special breed of military that don't always speak to civilians the way they do when in strictly military circles. They have a certain reputation as Marines to protect that comes first beyond anything else except god and country.

Well, when I was seven, I remember watching "The Catch" happen and crying after game. My mom came into the living room, consoled me, and told me it was just a game.
