I don't think I could look like that at 60 if I started right now.

No way.

He's doin 700 pushups plus all of those pull ups and dips.

Honestly though I don't see how he is getting enough rest if he is doing it 5 times a week. I don't believe that part of it but I believe he is doing it at least 2 or 3 times a week.

Many of you might know the actor William Smith.

I met him at the Festival of the West in Scottsdale, AZ in 2001. At the time he was 68 and he was one rocked up old man.

Nice as can be. He told me to never stop lifting. Claimed he could still put up 400 on the bench and his only regret was the years he smoked.

He and the man in the video should be our inspiration.

Maybe it's cynical of me, but the vast majority of people don't age that well, regardless of how intensive their routines.

Besides, steroids in moderation don't have as many side effects and can make you healthy person (and by moderation, I mean, like, 1/5 of what most people who take them for athletic reasons take them).

I would disagree with that.

He is bodybuilding. I've actually seen a lot of 60 year old body builders who look just as good if not better.

You eat enough protein and lift heavy you're going to gain muscle. Even at 60.

What amazing is how lean he is. Having that much muscle is not that hard to get. Getting that lean though is incredible.

He probably takes syntheroids. What was that product they used to sell on TV for bodybuilding over 50? Started with a Ch I believe. I believe the USDA shut them down though.

Falcon Eddy (didn't google it either) always liked him.

Guy looks like he could use a few trips to the dentist.

One of the best bad guys ever. I think my two favorite characters he played were Jack Wilson in "Any Which Way You Can" with Clint Eastwood, and Matt Diggs in "The Frisco Kid," a way under rated funny movie.

I also liked him as the Russian Officer in "Red Dawn."

His real life was as interesting as the characters he played if anyone wants to check out his personal website.

Like I said, he was very nice and I need to get inspired by him and the man in the video.

Oh yeah, he told me that in a real fight he'd have "whipped Eastwood's saggin ***."

I'm here to tell ya, there's a few dude's at my gym that are solid late 70's early eighties's. They put most there to shame. Amazingly strong.
