Get your mind out of the gutter 
There have been 23 NFC Champions, 23 AFC Champions, and 23 NFL Super Bowl Champions in the past 23 seasons. 69 Championship trophies awarded since our beloved Dallas Cowboys last competed for a single one.
If you are the general manager and you only had one year to turn this dumpster fire around, what would you do? What would you change immediately, and what would you do gradually over the next year if your job depended on it? Don't say it can't be done that fast. The Eagles, Vikings, Rams, and Jaguars all did last year, going from either worst to first, or close to being worst, to the conference title games in their divisions.
Be realistic, use the cap numbers, and don't act like this is Madden franchise.
