His avg is 23.7 which is well below others.
He is ranked 14th in total return yards. Not as many 10+ or 20+ as others. No tds while others do. Odd pick.

Well maybe you can lobby Goodell to strip tha Pro Bowl merit from Turpin. You know, tough love but effective.

Ok so Dak makes a pro bowl and it’s meaningless and if he misses one it means he sucks lol? Y’all are weird with when pro bowls matter to you and when they don’t. I bet if he’s an alternate it won’t matter then huh.

Also, dude missed 5 games lol it’s pretty hard to make the pro bowl as the primary as a QB missing that many games. Stats are less gaudy also, but then again I thought wins meant more? Idk goalpost is always moving so beats me.

Yeah he did mid season he was second overall but it’s dropped off a bit. Also some are skewed when it comes to attempts.

For example a player can come in and only return 5 punts all year but one goes for 30 and his average is jacked all the way up. I don’t know the number but there’s an attempts qualifier than weeds out a lot of guys.
Taking out the people with under 10 attemps, there's still around 15 people with a better avg.

For example

Turpin has 18 returns for an avg of 23 yards. Kene has 30 returns for 26 avg and a td.

Flowers avg 34 a return on 13. Ect ect

He turned it down last year as an alternate too.

I hope they don't let facts get in the way of their hate.

So the $160m man has gone 4 years now of not being voted to the pro bowl
Is there a forum referee to sling a flag for .....unnecessary bashing......15 yds........next time poster is subjected to ejection.

I'll counter with going on a limb and completely out of character for me:

Congratulations Kellen Moore for getting our offensive players lauded for Pro Bowl selections. Your ability to place our players in positon to excel is a product of your tutelage and could not have occurred with your prowess as a coordinator. Each week we watch you play chess while everyone else is playing checkers. You are destined to be the next HC to any franchise of your choosing that becomes available. I hope Jerry names you in about 3-4 weeks as our leader.

This is interesting, so there is no longer a pro bowl (game at least) but they still pick a team? You would think "all pro" was sufficient for honoring the best at every position (and 2nd best).
The history of the pro bowl is littered with players in the game filling in for ones initially selected but unable to play because of injury, and lately the players selected on the two conference winners all had to be replaced as well. I guess if they are just choosing a ceremonial team now, which wont play a game, there will be way fewer players who can claim being "a pro bowler" Which I think is a good thing

Are they playing a game one more time and it will be discontinued in 2024? I thought there was no game any more? If there is no game why are there "starters" and "alternates" Thats odd terminology if there is no game
