7 seed will have to go to either Philly or SF for WC Weekend is it even worth it?

Then Jerry Jones who isn't very smart thinks everything is fine we're a playoff team and extends Dak.

I am just ruling out us winning the division that belongs to Phillly barring an injury to Hurts. I'm sure someone will argue how we're only in Week 5 I don't care I've seen enough.

Maybe we could get #5 or #6, but #7 gets either Philly or SF (whoever is the #2 seed) in their house. GL with that. Dak has shown throughout his career he cannot go on the road and beat a good team in a big team. He often can't do it at home.

For some reason, whether it be division foe familiarity or something else, we have no problem playing Philly and actually beating them. So I'd be okay with Philly.

After last night's extremely convincing defeat by SF for the 3rd time, I want no part of them.

Last year we won in Dallas and lost in Philly. Before that Hurts was a rookie and I wouldn't even really count that. They seem to be better than they were last year.

Is it worth it? Heck yes, especially if it's a chance for Dak to break NFL records for INT's in a playoff game. Go for it! We all know how much the Dakstans like to talk about Dak's stats. This could be an NFL record they can beat their chests over.

Sadly, after the next 2 weeks, this might be moot.
Yeah I'm not even sure we'll make it. The only gimme games left on our schedule IMO are @Panthers, Giants at home and Washington at home. Washington isn't as bad as we thought and we seem to be a terrible road team can we win @Washington? IDK. Then there's a 4 week stretch where we have Philly at home then @Bills @Dolphins and Lions at home can we even win one of those? I doubt 2.

..will see how it goes. Though really feel, Dallas needs few more pieces to defense. Bigger LB, faster.

LVE is ok. But he cant get to corners fast enough. Other guys to small, to take on bigger OL.

Yeah the only real shot this team ever has is to get the one seed, and somehow whoever the coach is has to overcome Jerry’s talking Super Bowl for two weeks so the team decides to show up for the first playoff game.

Then do it again the following week.

Don’t win your division, it’s three road games barring serious upsets. This franchise has won a total of three road playoff games since 1980, and ten in its history.

Three in a row under Dak ain’t happening…and that’s just to GET there. So, season not over, but we need to get better in a big way to have a shot at a SB, and they need to beat Philly twice, not once, for starters.

Win division, get the 2-3 seed, bounce Philly to 4, and there’s a shot.

They aren’t as bad as they looked yesterday, but it’s really the same old story…they beat the crap out of bad teams and lose to the better ones. Probably explains the lack of postseason success.

Other teams like Philly, SF, KC, LAR…had QBs that had success but the FO knew it wasn’t good enough so they went out and aggressively made changes.

Jerry thinks it’s a lottery. It’s not, and him or his kid aren’t capable of doing that anyway. We are at such a disadvantage off the field it’s insane.

Absolutely. Dallas just knows how to beat Philly. I'm not exactly sure why but Philly has struggled with Dak and Dallas for a good 5 years now. It doesn't mean Dallas is better overall but they just know how to beat Philly. Same thing with the Commanders. They were close to beating the Eagles and then get blown out by Chicago. Go figure?

We beat them when hurts didn't play. And it took a 3rd and 30 conversion late and a missed PI on our defense to get it done.

Man, it was just weeks ago Dallas was getting compared to the 85 Bears and being called an all time D. That fell apart fast.

That entire linebacking corp needs to be overhauled. Overshown will be back next season, not sure how the injury will affect his play.

12 more games and we are already talking about seeding. There is so much time left. You act like we're in December.

I wouldn't bet one nickel on Dak going to Philly in the playoffs and winning, or Detroit if it was Detroit. Do I need to add 49ers? It's obvious.
