I read somewhere Ellis bulked up to the 280 range but I agree Canty is closer to 300.

Also who was the guy in the middle of the three on the stationary bikes?

Just like everyone else here I would like to thank you for your reports and pics ! Fantastic. Also a big thanks to everyone else who posts Cowboy info.

I know the hype right now is about Ware, but I think Canty is going to be awesome for us. Its such brilliant news that his eye is healing up much faster than we expected. Come on !!!

Yeag,

I donno who he is, but he looks like a great NT/DE. Drop Brooks and sign him up...

Also, Canty must be one bad MoFo... He is the only DL to not wear tape or gloves. Talk about a rough customer. I like that mentality. Even if he does eventually tape up, its a nice training camp mentality.
