I know the Saints game is far off but im not so sure they will just cream us.


We are a physical football team and they are a finesse team. I also like the fact we play them in a dome.

We match up well with anybody so as long as our Offense doesn't sputter we should be ok.

I'm pretty happy about this game. There was a lot to like... Romo was on target for the most part, not too many confusing play calls, Roy made some catches, 2 sacks for Ware, Spencer's first sack (!), The re-emergence of Miles Austin, Witten in the vertical passing game, explosive running from Choice and Felix...

A lot to like.

That said... There were some miscues that kept some points off the board, and some plays that weren't made. If this team can get things firing on all cylinders going into the home stretch we can be extremely dangerous.

That said, I'm guardedly optimistic...

We're about to find out what this team is made of.

if the offense plays like this, they'll cream us like the Packers, win by two touchdowns easily, possibly four.

Either way Dallas is fully capable of beating them.

If that 2006 team can beat a 10-0 Indy team than the 2009 Cowboys can beat this New Orleans team.


New Orleans is good.. I got a lot of respect.

But I got confidence in our defense right now to keep us in any game and if they blew us out then they would be the 1st team to do it.


What they are doing is phenominal but even though they are 10-0 we have won 8 out of 11.

Sorry if I'm having a little trouble getting excited about the remainder of our year. I'm going to skip the hoop la and keep myself grounded. I'm not a person you can burn and keep getting to take advantage of.

This is the December that has been our downfall for so long. It's the time of year we get punched in the mouth and go home to tell mom.

0-5 or 1-4 would not surprise me, 3-2 would. I'm not letting my heart get crushed. In life if your spouse or friend lets you down they need to earn your respect again. I'm there with the Cowboys. I dont care what their record is, what they have done to this point.

I dont want to see any NFCE teams in the playoffs.

As a side I dont care if we beat the Charger or Saints. Just beat New York and Philly and we're fine.

And Washington too of course, but they're not battling with us for a playoff spot.

No longer can people say "December is not here so it isn't relevant".

We are really about to see if this is the end of the Wade Phillips Era.

Wade Phillips is on the ropes with regards to not having a contract and probably being out as Head Coach. Will the players step up and win a new contract for the skipper or will it be more of the same?

Man, it is going to be awesome because every game is "really" important from here on out and we have a lot of good opponents on the schedule.

I just think people need to be prepared for the fact that the Cowboys will probably lose some more games.

I'm telling you guys, don't pencil in a win for the Saints just yet.

Yes, I know it is at their place and they are playing phenomenal but I think the Cowboys are very capable of beating them.

I a personally more fearful of the NFC East games.

Sometimes I sounds like a spurned lover but sometimes I feel that way.

A couple years ago I would agree, that would of sounded pessimistic as all hell but 1-4(2008), 2-2(2007), 2-3(2006), 2-3(2005), 2-2(2004), 2-2(2003), 0-4(2002). You have to go back to 2001 to find the last time we finished better then .500 in December.

Not to mention I still have not gotten the taste of that seasons final game against the Eagles out of my mouth.
