That's not the only thing that happened on Feb. 12, 2000.

Jerry traded two No. 1 picks for Joseph Scott Galloway.

What a sad day in Dallas Cowboys history.

My uncle passed away almost two weeks to the day later. Yeah, I remember.

Talk about piling it on. :p:

R.I.P Coach Landry...Thank you for building the GREATEST TEAM in the world:bow: :starspin

Landry's passing was sad. Leukemia is pretty tough to overcome. That is especially true at the age of 75.

There's a pretty glaring error on the funeral notice Trick posted.

Anyone else see it?

I never will forget the time that me and a friend were coming home from an afternoon Ranger game when we were about 13 or 14. We were having a great day already with getting see the game and having got a few autographs also. Well the day got a little sweeter when we looked out the window to see a passing car driven by Tom Landry himself. We were in awe and were waving franticly to get hi attention. He saw us and smiled and gave us a little wave back. Wow what a day that was. Thanks for the memory Tom and may you rest in peace.
