80 Percent Chance of Snow in Dallas

Looking at my weather channel app this am and it says 80% chance of snow today at 10am in Dallas. So, I click on it to get more info and it has this option to upgrade to premium. Who pays for weather information??? C’Mon man....

Pretty much all week the weather hype machine here said we could get 1-5 inches here in OKC, woke up to find we got a dusting if that.

1-3 in Wichita. I got about .5" and maybe a snowflake or two more.

Yeah, they keep trying to get me to "upgrade now". Is the forecast gonna be more accurate in the upgraded version? I don't think so.
