Dez and Romo makes everyone's job on offense that much easier. For all the Terrence Williams and running backs bashing I see, those two guys are key to the success of everything we do to score points. We should have seen this coming. As much as I criticized Weeden last week, I can't fault him this week. He is what he is and he put us in position to win at the end. It would have been tough sledding even if Romo had not got hurt. Dez changes everything and with the offensive line not performing, things probably wouldn't be much different.

Dez is the missing link, if we had him, we'd have 2 more wins right now.

Who knows. Last year in the only game Romo was out (against Arizona) Dez was held to 2 catches for 15 yards. Weeden's inability to push the ball down the field (and Patrick Peterson) didn't result in a big day for Dez.

You're right. Need both those guys on the field.

Tony means everything to this team and that's pathetic.

We are missing our best QB, best WR, best KR, best LB, best CB and our best DL has yet to play. It's amazing that a lot of people are criticizing the backups who have hung tough but are simply outmanned right now.

Missing 5 of top 6 players on team.

Any other team able to overcome this....

Our FO and coaches have seen Weeden for 2 years and still kept him, which leaves me in real doubt as to their decision making ability.

Jerry has a fetish with former baseball pitchers.

Yea, they have a strong arm but that's it.

Not sure how pathetic that is that a team runs through an elite QB. How would the packers be without Rogers?

They were 2-5-1 without Rodgers in 2013 when he also fractured his Collarbone and looked like quite possibly the worst team in the NFL during that stretch minus Matt Flynn's come-from-behind victory against Dallas.

In other-words, teams with Franchise QBs are totally and utterly dependant on them. No Franchise QB for any duration, the whole house of cards falls collapses.
