A 1st and 2 2nd's for Peterson

According to a GM last night on the NFL Network, the failure rate of first rounders is about 50%. Peterson may have the possibility of being a bust, but the odds are pretty remote of him being a bust with him being a RB.

The picks that we would give up to acquire Peterson might net us several starters, but the odds are that none of them could crack the starting lineup with our current roster.

You're talking about our current #1 correct? 22?? The 22, our second and another second (which is the value of a third) won't get it done unless he drops to around the 12th pick.

No way I want to give up 2 2nd round picks to move up for Peterson...no way....too risky....he's been a good back in college, but he's not a "can't miss" RB with his upright style...he could be a huge star or an injury prone above average RB.

I would not want to gamble. I want a CB or WR.
