I usually hate the bye week because it means no Cowboys football. But this year, I'm pretty glad to have a break from watching this team. I'll be back with a ton of energy two weeks from now, but I need a Sunday on the golf course or with the girlfriend instead of the Boys. The bye came at a perfect time to hit the reset button, both for the team and the fans.

Anybody else feel this way?

Giants and Eagles this week...

Who do we view as the bigger threat long term?

I am relieved in a way as well. This Weeden thing has been very draining.

I think you got your "with" and "on" placed in the wrong areas.

Not really. I'm on a season long bye. I just want to get to the offseason where the roster can be improved for a possible contending season in 2016.

Nope. I always miss them when they don't play. However, I'm looking forward to seeing the Cubs in the NLCS this weekend! ;)

Nope, I wait all off-season to watch the Boys, so I'm gonna miss them this week.

Whats our #1 priority Risen?

I don't think we can possibly have a better offseason than the one we just had.

My opinion.. It's Romo or bust regardless of what else surrounds this team because our coaches are too middle school for the big leagues.

It sucks for me cuz I actually ha e sunday and monday off so I could have drank a 12 pack and downed a few T4 without worrying about work the next day. :(

That's normally how I feel, but this year is different. I need to get the bad taste out of my mouth. Hopefully these personnel changes and returning players give me some renewed optimism.

I don't like bye weeks especially with the Cowboys riding a 3 game losing streak. I can deal with a bye week if the team is playing well and coming off a win but to go into a bye after a blowout loss and have to stew over it for a couple of weeks is not fun.

Yes. I am emotionally attached to it all, as I am sure everybodly else is too......

Its time for a break; a Reset; And a change. I think it might even do the team some good....If Im coaching I give 90% of the team some extra days off. Tell them to go fishing, see a movie, spend time with their families...etc etc....

everyone but Cassell. I want to see him making some reps, reading the playbook!
