Lads, we appear ready to make a run at the playoffs with these bad hombres.
It is telling that a lovely young lady from the library, who sat in for the first half, said of Dak, in her delightful N. Texas twang, "Does he ever miss?" I assured her he did miss. Later, when his receivers were covered and Dak threw away the ball, she exclaimed, "He does miss!"
I just had to smile.
Elliott is a beast. Morris is a hammer. (The skins let him go????)
Bease has great anticipation and hands.
Tonight is a 4 Guinness night lad. I need to reflect about the future of his offensive machine.
And how about the defense? I penciled them in as a HORRIBLE defense.
Today they bent but did not break and they played with as much heart or even more than the offense, blokes!
