I think he could average around 15-18, but I don't think he's a player you want to lean on for 25-30. Frankly, I prefer that to keep the legs fresh, especially for a speed back. Let Williams or Sanders or Mafah bang away for around 15 carries and put Blue in in advantageous situations. For example, first-and-10 is a hard down for a back because while you could pass, teams are prepared for you to run. Let the big boys bang in there when we do run the ball on first down. On second-and-8 through second-and-4, put in Blue because a pass is expected more than a run. If it's second-and-short or third-and-short, use the bigger back.I think Achane is a good comp. Blue will be an excellent weapon to have. I can see him occasionally lining up in the slot in some situations.
What he’s not is a bell cow who will get 15-20 rushes per game. He will need to be paired up with other runners.
I've always hated the systems that use one back during a series or two, then stick in another back for a series before bringing back the first back. Yes, you do that if you have a stud you only want off the field to give him a breather, but when you have more equal backs, you run them to their strengths. Blue is not a back you use to close out a game. He's a racehorse you unleash when it's more likely he'll find room to run.
