I watched the video of Kevin white and A Cooper running their 40 times together and they're neck and neck. White posted 4.35 while Cooper posted 4.42. I was just reading about it and Teams were informed after the combine a few days later that Coopers real time was between 4.35-4.38. Plus the video shows it. I watched it on youtube. It shows Cooper separating from White as they approached 40 yards. If they run a 60 yard or 5 yard dash, white would be a step ahead. But for 40 yards, they're even. Why was white given 4.35 but not Cooper. This just makes me like the trade more. He's a polished route runner with size and has 4.30 speed.
This isn't the first time a guy was given a slower time than they deserved. I'll take Cooper for the next 7 years. Just think, Marvin Harrison was 24 when he got drafted and was elite up to his mid 30s. He had his best season after 30, Coopers similar. They both run great routes. That helps you last longer.
