He still has his youth and lets face it he doesn't take plays off like MIKE. May get rid on Orlando SCAMdrick and Put Mike at slot.

Alan Faneca... Although he's 33 some believe that he still has several years in his tank.

Of course money was the issue with Cro. The Jets IMO won't be able to keep him and Revis. If we could possible pull some trades off ( Witten, MBIII ) we might be able to land him. What do you guys think?

I would say yes, at this Point Cro has been playing way better than Mike. When you're paid to make plays than that's what you should do PERIOD. I know Cro is prob balling for a pay check but even in San Diego I haven't seen him give up on a tackle. This the third time I've seen him do that not to mention his P.I. calls this year. Do I think Mike has talent? Heck yeah but I think he needs someone to threaten his job.

Just get a good coach in here (whether Garrett or someone else) who will stress the importance of technique and accountability and Jenkins will improve.

If he doesn't, he'll be on the street. Just don't think Cromartie coming here means an end to lazy play. He need somebody on his behind too.

I think Jenkins had a bad year, and the play where he backed away from the tackle was almost unforgiveable, but he played too well last year to throw him away after this season, when pretty much the entire team has stunk. I would keep him around and see how it goes next year, but after that depends on whether next year ends up looking like 2009 or 2010.

You lost your credibility with the Witten trade comment. It wont happen. As much as some posters on here push this new found "trade witten" agenda it just wont happen. It makes no sense. Has anyone from the cowboys given you any reason to believe this or is this another message board wet dream you are having?

And Mike Jenkins is a good corner. Its too early to give up on him.
