Funny you should mention Chick. I was just looking at him today. His size and numbers kind of jump out at you.

He is from Wyoming, so if we can get a picture of a sheep on the helmet of the other team's QB, he'd be a terror. :D

I only learned about Chick in the last coupla days, while finalizing my draft spreadsheet, but this is the second thing I've read about him since then... looks like he's a classic sleeper who's rising the charts...

Hunter made my master list, too... he has good speed (I wish he was a little bulkier, but perhaps a year in an NFL training program will help that), and can rush the passer some...

Hunter was a hellion this year. 101 tackles from a defensive end is ridiculous. I think he has "Julian Peterson" written all over him. He's actually over 6-4, so he can gain weight. The thing about Chick is his explosive ability. He had 48 tackles this past year and 19 of them were behind the line. If we can pick up either of these guys on the second day I'll be thrilled.

Are you going to send out something like last year?

Actually, a guy on another board has offered to take my spreadsheet and post it to a website he has... once he does, I'll link y'all to it, and you can print it out from there...

That'll be a LOT easier than sending a jillion e-mails, LOL... but of course, if all this falls through, I'll go back to the tried and true e-mail method again... I should know for sure by the first of the week, and I'll keep ya posted in here...

I seen this Hunter guy he has a little something but I am not sure it will translate to the NFL or not

Didn't Dallas draft a guy from Appalachian state that turned out to be pretty decent for a few years?

Well I'm an alum from App St and Hunter is a good player. He was absolutely relentless in the D1-AA National Championship game. They just couldn't keep him out of the backfeild. He also scored the winning TD on a fumble return after a sack. I know none of this translates to success at the NFL level but you could do worse at the end of the draft. Might be a steal. He's 6'41/2" 235 lbs. and he could easily add 10 - 15 lbs IMO.
