vs. Missouri State
It didnt take long for freshman tailback Felix Jones to become a household name with Arkansas fans. The Tulsa, Okla., native went 80 yards for a touchdown on his second rush from scrimmage. It was Arkansas longest running play for a touchdown since the 2001 season when Fred Talley went 81 yards for a touchdown against Central Florida.

vs. USC
Even though Jones, the special teams player of the week, started at tailback against USC for the first time this season, his immediate impact was felt at the kick returner position after he ran back four kickoffs for 147 yards. He averaged 36.8 yards per kickoff return, making his performance the best single game average by an NCAA player this year. His 67-yard return on his first attempt of the game was the longest for Arkansas since Lawrence Richardson had a 98-yard return against Weber State in 2001 and Jones’long return help set up a UA touchdown.

vs. Mississippi State
Felix Jones scored on a 100-yard kickoff return in Arkansas' 44-10 win over Mississippi State on Friday. The ball bounced before reaching him, but Jones never considered letting it go into the end zone.
"Oh no, oh no -- I'm getting that ball," he said after the game. "I'm trying to take it back. I haven't gotten the ball in a while. That was my first time in a long time -- and I was just real excited that he kicked it to me."

That one isn't really a trick play imo, everyone was just so focused on DMAC and practically the WHOLE defense bit on the fake.
which is what makes this play trickey....

Who ever said Jones had a lack of big plays? He had the second-highest YPC in Division I-A history, and he had at least one run longer than 70 yards AND at least one kickoff return for a touchdown in every season.

3rd downs will interesting with the reverse/draw/screen threat F.Jones will bring.

Defenses now have someone else to worry about when the umbrella defenses break next year!

no Dallas East doesn't understand what i said about him thus prompted him to go and make this thread. I just don't see his big plays that were there in college being there at the next level. We all know his YPC will go down also.

Thank you Captain Obvious.

No Cap, we expect him to maintain at least a 7.0 ypc average with the Cowboys.

He does look like that Dave Lachapelle guy.

Seeing those videos I am stoked we drafted Jones. He is a devastating running back.

From an appearance standpoint he has one of the worst overbites I have ever seen. He could eat corn on the cob through a picket fence.

We get it, you think he sucks, you're guy didn't get picked on draft day.
Using your philosophy, makes me wonder how teams can pick any college player knowing that they won't be able to do anything in the bigs that they were able to do in college. We get it.
