First of all I want to hit on the coaches who might be leaving.

Man, it's about time. I've wanted new position coaches at those positions since forever. Our defensive line has always since we were in the 4-3 been underachieving. From Ekuban to Spears, we need new coaching there. I think our entire defense underachieved this year. And I wouldn't mind rebuilding.

Especially if we can get some talent from San Diego. Anywho I don't think this is a bad thing.

As for the running back situation. I would be willing to give Jones a 1 year contract to see how he does with a hudson houck offensive line, but he isn't the long term answer, and I would want to see us get some talent in the draft to supplant Marion Barber. Doesn't have to be a Darren McFadden either. I think when barber is taking 15-20 snaps per game, he breaks out into a new running back next year.

As for our receivers I think we basically need to rebuild. Even if we have Glenn and Owens next year. I would try to acquire Chad Johnson, Roy Williams or Larry Fitzgerald. The Patriots have proven you can't have too much talent on your team. And neither TO or Glenn are the long term answer.

As for cornerback I would be willing to sign crazy adam pacman jones to a one year deal with the minimalist of signing bonuses. In addition drafting a corner early would have to do the job.

I would honestly try to trade the roy williams that we have now and maybe resign and then move Keith Davis to strong safety, or sign or draft a safety high.

I think almost every single point you made was illadvised. I could explain how you were wrong in each case, but I thought. Nahh, I don't feel like it.

with all due respect...I disagree with a lot you said. Pac Man Jones? Not! Keith Davis as our starting SS? Not! JuJo for another year? Not! Did you see Grant for Green Bay. Did you see Bradshaw for New York? These were guys pick up from the scrap heap! Jones was a 2nd round pick and he is exactly what you see...new OL coach does not matter. I do agree that we could use some youth at WR....and the position coaches will not matter as much because the philosophy will come from Wade...better personell will make our position players perform better. Jacques Reeves is just not good...and no amount of coaching will matter. Cut our losses and move on

If Julius wants to stay in Dallas for one more year I would be fine with it. He is a 1000 yard back. That would be a great luxury to have as a back up. And he probably would not even be the #2 RB on the team. Dallas can get a good RB in the draft to man the #2 spot. So if JJ is willing to be the #3 guy, then that is a good thing. Worst case is injuries cause him to get a lot of playing time. How many teams could say that their #3 RB is a 1000 yard back? It really doesn't matter because Julius will not be back. I just don't see it. Dallas won't over pay to keep him and he will try his fortunes elsewhere.

No Pacman, please. Just too many question marks. I know Jerry likes to gamble and provide second chances to players, but Pacman really is one of the more extreme cases. The only players more extreme than him are Rae Caruth and Dwayne Goodrich.

Keith Davis as a starter is a terrible, terrible idea. He is a back up. Dallas could probably even find a better back up safety to take over for Davis. Keith's strength is special teams and if he was not so good at that probably would not still be a Cowboy. If you trade Roy Williams you better have a better plan on who will be replacing him than Keith Davis.

He was a 1000 yard back - something happened to that guy - he doesn't show the same fire that he came into the league with. He needs a change of address to have any hope of rekindling the fire.

The bold print could be said about Roy Williams too!
