It would be interesting to see them trade Schultz and bring in a blocking TE. I'd love the howls of people picturing Witten playing next year too. But Schultz's ceiling is probably Witten for the next couple of years, and it's unlikely he makes that. He's a backup to Witten, who has been one of the greatest tanks the league has ever had.
