A.J. Dillon to Eagles

A friend of mine, she is a Steelers fan. Knows her stuff. She has not like the Steelers off season at all to this point.
Rodgers is on the way, she will be doing cartwheels soon enough. btw she didn’t like DK, Slay, and Gainwell? kinda wish we had that haul

Omg they got Quadzilla. RIP NFC East
It's almost as if the Eagles have decided to punish the pass happy league with a huge offensive line, a plethora of capable RB's & a strong running QB. Then toss it over your head when you sell out.

Have you read this place. They seem to be Eagles fans more than Cowboys fans.

There actually are Eagles fans here. Most are open about it too, with obvious names. Not sure why, but here we are.

I'm sure it pains a lot of Cowboys posters to see the Eagles do well, but a large part of it is from their GM making aggressive moves. There's nothing wrong with giving credit when deserved. Not like Eagles are capping out at the division or CC game and fans are gushing over it.

Only one year. Where is the outrage.
I mean, Jerry signs players to one year deals and we get melt downs.
I can't tell if you are being serious with this post or just trying to troll people.

If it's serious, it's a bizarre post.

Jerry signs bargain bin JAGs to one year deals and that's it. He doesn't bring in difference makers in FA. Dillon on a one year deal makes sense because he's insurance to Barkley, who by the way they signed on a long term deal out of FA, something we never do.

I honestly can't believe we are having this discussion, LOL.

I mean for them it makes sense. They need some insurance on Barkley.

Dillon is kind of washed but as a backup that if everything goes well will only get a small handful of carries a game, seems fine to me.

Here's what you homers don't grasp. Dillon was acquired as a backup. A guy that simply is insurance. We sign guys like Dillon to start/play a ton of snaps and make an impact. We just signed a dude who averaged less than 4 ypc the last two years to replace our starter and if the draft doesn't fall a certain way could end up eating a TON of carries for us this year.

How aren't you guys grasping the difference?

Why is this a thread on this particular board? A marginal player that signs with another team?

Was a decent back pre injury.
Will prolly hafta fight it out with draft pick(s) for a roster spot.

But yeah, if he was signed by Dallas the increased playing time expectation, if not even possibly starting, would be in full play.

Some understand this while others continue to complain about complainers.
If you can just keep it positive then a cheery fanbase will eventually determine on field success for these Dallas Cowboys.

Because of all the marginal players signed so far by the Cowboys. It was done to see the responses if a not so great player signing with a championship team would receive the same criticism as the move would be if signing with the Cowboys.

At least that's how it's been spun so far the way that I've read all the responses.

Bizarre is pretty accurate.

Like you said again...
Bizarre.

Yeah, well the Cowboys have Javonte Williams so stick that in your pipe and smoke it.

Cowboys!

She likes the DK trade. Have not got to discuss Slay yet. OK with Gainwell but not as the starter.

There is a difference in giving credit, and posting constant dislike on everything your own team does.
