That is not correct, the great Al Geverink was our 8th round pick but since he never played a single game for us (or anybody else for that matter) he is not usually listed. I only remember him because he was a RB from UCLA (my favorite college team), otherwise he would not even register on radar. :laugh2:

He also went to a high school in my neighborhood but was obviously a lot older than me.

Lol. In researching this, I ran across Toni Fritsch, who was Austrian, and our placekicker in Super Bowl 10. The Cowboys have made 8 SB appearances with 7 different kickers. Mike Clark was the only kicker to appear in 2 Super Bowls for them. Kind of strange. The list:
