A little help please...

I have a pc here at work that I have to update an XP Service Pack in order to run AutoCad 2007...

When I go to Windows, I get this error code: Error Number 0x800A01B6

I have been everywhere on the internet to attempt to fix the problem. I have downloaded patches, adjusted my msconfig and disabled Windows Firewall...

Nothing seems to work. Anybody got any advice on my next step?

On occasion you might run a script and receive an error message similar to this:

Is it a legal copy of XP?

Oh and I use firefox
