A little help... trying to upload images

Mods, or anyone else, I am trying to upload some images to the forum but am having trouble. These images reside in my PC and I can't seem to insert them. So, how can I insert the images to appear rather then you having to click on a link, thank you.

The images have to be hosted on a site like Imageshack or Photobucket so that they have a URL.

To post them simply click on this image in your toolbar

paste put the URL inside the menu box that pops up, hit enter and the pictures are posted.

Or dropbox. With that you can leave the file on your local public dropbox folder (as far as you're concerned) and right click the image within your own computer, then past the URL in the image linker Hostile mentioned above.
