As to your original question, I seriously doubt anyone is going to risk not only their professional career but any legal ramifications that may stem from divulging information Jones and co. have certainly covered in a non-disclosure agreement. Then, the teams themselves have to weigh the benefits of buying such information against the penalty Goodell is certain to levy, which most likely would be much worse than New England received.
The teams can just watch HK like everyone else.
