QB is our biggest off season need. If Romo returns, it will only be for a year or two and I doubt we'll get two injury free seasons out of him. FO needs to plan as if Romo is not there. If he is, then thats a bonus.

Our two other biggest needs are SS and DT (1 tech). Id draft QB, DT and SS with first 3 picks. Could get long term starters with all 3 picks.

We need depth across the secondary. We need to bring in a CB and spend a couple of mid to late picks in this area.

We also need depth a WR. At least 2 new players need to come in via the draft or FA.

I'm not concerned about RB for now. We'll get another year out of DMC. 1st round 2017 might be best time to get a long term RB.

I agree that McClain isn't playing at his salary level and is expendable. I'd also decline to extend Hardy - money could be used more effectively.

If there is a QB they rate high enough when we pick in the first he will be the pick. You're only going to get do many shots at a QB and while there are qb's who can play taken anywhere in the draft, the majority of the best ones are taken early in the draft
If no QB is there I could see a CB, DT or even another pass rusher. Can't have too many pass rushers
We have lots of needs but for next year CB may be the biggest need and they are hard to get and expensive in free agency

Oh please. You don't even know what's going on in the locker room. No one on this team has said anything close to what you are saying.

I know. And it doesn't take a rocket scientist to have figured it out.

If McClain is let go at MLB I would not be opposed to Scooby Wright III if the falls to the 2nd or even 3rd. He missed 10 games to injury this year but in 2014 he was the top defensive player in Heisman consideration with 153 tackles, 29 TFL, and 14 sacks in 14 games. He plays like Sean Lee but is a better blitzer.

I haven't. Just my opinion.

I have read the polar opposite . Here are some guys who have actually been in the locker room
with Hardy and actually play in the NFL
