I have a friend named Steve who was in that tent jail for meth. He hates Arpaio, but he thanks him too because he says he will never go back to jail.

Glad to hear it for your friend. Nice to hear about people who were able to recover. He could have had the same turn around in other prison systems though, ones where he might not hate the people running it.

Joe is on a major power trip, he gets off on his position of power and it's completely obvious every time he's on TV. Incredibly narrow minded person.

I just really dislike the guy with a passion, and its' off topic, so I'll just bow out.

Steve doesn't think so. He thinks his attraction to the drug would have been strong enough to keep him in trouble.
