Wait - I thought that the narrative was that the Ravens DIDN'T let up and a certain somebody lead a major comeback that almost resulted in a big win.

Which is it, because I'm very confused by this. I believe what you said in your quote is what really happened, but that wasn't the narrative being tossed about by the stans.

At the time it appeared the Ravens relaxed but they’ve struggled all season hanging onto leads. They allowed Cincinnati to march down the field in the closing minutes last night to almost steal the game. Dak has had a tendency to get on track in the closing minutes of games. We’ve seen it over his career and we saw it against Pittsburgh. We overcame a 20 point deficit to Atlanta a few years ago. However, I do think Baltimore took their foot off the gas some against us.

when you remember just how pathetic we looked until that point, I can see them relaxing.

this is cute.

how many embarrasments do you think he cares about?

what has any of them achieved?
He cares deeply why you think he cried after GB, one of the many Joys of watching the games now is watching the cut aways to Jerry as the team is getting destroyed. I really do wish the fans would wear paper bags over their heads the facial expressions and watching Jerry storm out would be priceless

I won’t root for my team to lose; but Jerry getting embarrassed nationally would make it worth it.
I hear you!

Jerry needs to see that the football team he constructed is a train wreck!

I want him to be embarrassed every Sunday from now until the time he is no longer the GM.

Jerry would still sell out if their was not 1 Cowboy fan in the stands.
And that highlights why it's a waste of time boycotting the games or wearing bags on your heads.

I don't blame Cowboys fans for selling their tickets - they are really expensive (overpriced if you ask me, especially considering the product on the field) and if it were me I too would want to recover my money. What needs to happen is empty seats, but that would require people resisting the urge to sell and you can't expect people to do that.

Jerry doesn't care what record book he makes it in to, as long as he makes it, "maybe" they beat the Giants at home to save face?

I thought the same thing in last years playoff game. Once GB owned them early I wanted them to embarrass Jerry so he would make moves in the off season that needed to be made. Well, we saw how that turned out. Jerry doesn't get embarrassed he gets paid.

At this point, what does it matter? This is an opportunity and the Cowboys should embrace it because it is the quickest path back to winning football.

A loss to the Eagles on Sunday would put the Cowboys in some pretty bad historical company.

There are two teams who have yet to win a game at home this season. As we reach the double-digit week portion of the NFL season only the New York Giants and Dallas Cowboys have lost every home game that they have played so far. It goes without saying that this is not a list that you want to be on.

Focusing on the Cowboys here, they have only lost three games at home this season specifically. If we date things back to last year and include the playoffs though, then that number grows to four thanks to the Green Bay Packers. This is the necessary context for the rest of our conversation.

As noted, the Cowboys have an active home game losing streak of four games. This is tied for the fourth-longest streak of such kind in franchise history with a few different other groups.

Much much more: https://www.bloggingtheboys.com/202...rically-bad-company-home-record-yards-allowed
A loss puts them in good draft position.

Zero. He wouldn't care one bit. Empty seats, however, would have more impact than 17 straight 50-0 butt kicking's.
People with the same lame arguments.

There will never be empty seats, the stadium makes more money than you understand.
