The former NFL safety's last words in 2004 were "Cease-fire! I'm Pat F------ Tillman!" when friendly fire killed him in 2004.

On this memorial day it should be noted that he rejected a huge payday from the Rams to stay loyal to Arizona and then rejected millions to serve his country.

Loyalty is in short supply these days, men.

What are you talking about...........those were indeed Tillman's last words. I think you have misunderstood the original posters thoughts. He meant no disrespect and was not being offensive, at least I did not take it that way.

However, I doubt you, like me, sent the family condolences via John McCain's office. (They were fans of each other.)
