I believe we will add a couple late round picks for players. Three guys I see with a good possibility of being flipped for a late rounder are Hannah, Jack Crawford and Ben Gardner.

- Hannah to me is not a guy you cut, but if the 7th rounder proves to be NFL caliber I think there is a very good possibility we trade him before the season

- Crawford and Gardner could be the victims of the numbers game after drafting 2 pass rushers. Hardys suspension means we should be able to keep one on the 53, but I could see the team looking to trade before having to cut one or both. I would give Gardner a better shot at the 53 because he can play inside and out. Crawford may be easier to trade because there is film on him. Both are cuttable and IMO it would probably take a good preseason to make either tradeable. Still very possible.

- Weems could be a candidate as well. Im just not sure there will be a market for him and Gibson is not NFL ready so there may still be a need to retain him

I've had some of these thoughts as well.

The limited use of Hanna and Escobar has seemed to me a waste, but old man Witten -- he just keeps rollin' along.
I was surprised to see the blocking TE Swaim taken for a future late pick, so I'm not sure what they've got up their sleeve.

I agree on Crawford and Gardner as well; TC will sort out the talent, then the relative price and age of said talent will have some bearing on the roster.

Unfortunately, every other team will be needing to let some folks go who can play, they all know it, and then it's open season again for the bottom of the roster and PS. I would think that early season-ending injuries is about the only way a GM could get value for a bubble player before September, when there is that glaring need.

More so than usual, this will be an interesting TC.

I don't think any of those players have any value outside of possibly Hanna. You might be able to recoup a 6th or 7th for him to a TE needy team. Randle might fetch a 5th or 6th Rd pick if they keep Williams instead.

Now if they really wanted an interesting trade candidate, Escobar would be highly intriguing to a lot of teams. He's buried behind Witten for at least this year and likely next year which would be his last on his deal. He's been effective when used, but can't really show his capabilities here. It wouldn't surprise me if he could draw a pick between the 2nd-4th Rd and if I could get a 3rd for him I trade him tomorrow.

I believe Gardner gets a shot at a roster spot. Highly doubt we trade him for a late round pick. That would be foolish to not even see what he has to offer.
