Many here make extremeskins' posters look calm and others love to be negative about everything etc. That is your prerogative.

I have to ask though, why if many of the negative posters always think we will lose, will be hammered by Saints for example etc, why come back after a loss to complain about the coaches, players etc, You already figured we would lose so why be upset?

It's kind of knowing ahead of time you won't get Jessica Alba into bed then calling her a ,,,,, when she turns you down.

I think it is because we here are all hard core fans and are addicted to the Cowboys. Think about it, most of the regular posters on here post almost every day of the year. Considering the team has won jack in a decade and a half and chokes like a dog every December, you have to be hard core to follow this team on a daily basis.

We are all addicts here, even if we know the team sucks.

To play Devil's Advocate, some could say, if people claim to hate coming here because of all of the whining, then why even post here.

The people who complain about all the whining are just as bad as the whiners.

At the end of the day, nobody puts a gun to your head and force you to post here.

People just need to come to grips with the fact that this is the best place on Earth to talk about the Cowboys and that is the reason why the whiners and the whiners that complain about the whiners keep coming back for more, again and again and again.

I'd have to disagree with this statement. Even if I'm negative that doesn't mean I want this team to lose. Doesn't mean I appreciate the effort they put out there. The coaching staff nor do I like the excuse they cme up with and the off season hype and all this other non sense they say to get them by. I want to see good quality football championship caliber football from the Dallas Cowboys I want the best I expect the best and anything less is a disappointment.

I would think there is a small minority here who would prefer being right to the team winning.

It just makes little sense to me to follow a team that upsets you so much and causes so much distress. No one wants them to win more than me but damn if I started getting ulcers over it, would no longer be worth it.

I used to follow the Montreal Expos until I decided that they caused me more hassle than they were worth so I stopped.

I dont think people want to be right. God, I thought 9-7 before season and then at 6-2 I had renewed optimism. If the Boys end up 9-7, I wont take pride in feeling i predicted what they would do. I would rather be off base and see them win.

I think, at least for the most part, they keep coming back to show that they're not going to leave no matter how bad things are, no matter how much they hate the way things are going, etc. I admire that aspect of it, even if I don't always agree with all the negativity.
