I'm making my first trip to mecca tomorrow to see the Giants game and I was curious about the rules on cameras. I read somewhere that still shots and cameras without extended lenses or zoom lenses are fine. I have a digital camera that can zoom, but I don't think it qualifies as what is explained above.

Does anyone know if your basic digital camera is fine for taking to the stadium? This is my first trip and don't want to take it up there if it'll be rejected.

Thanks.

As long as you don't have a telephoto lens you should be fine.

Hell, I brought a camera with a telephoto lens to the game last year and they didn't give me any crap about it. Although it was a crappy camera with a crappy telephoto lens.

Thanks,

I thought that was the case but I didn't want to be in a position where I was rejected, especially since I will be taking a shuttle to the game.
