Agreed. People always think that linebacker is his natural position, when he clearly is unable to take on blocks from a guard or tackle...and a fullback sometimes. even Parcells said "Roy is NOT a linebacker". What he needs to do is get his confidence back, and demonstrate the good ball and footwork skills he has in coverage! Now someone will blast me for this, but i'm just repeating what Darren Woodson has said about Roy! He says Roy is just being real sloppy with things!!

He reportedly got his weight down to 220, but he looks 230 + to me.

He needs to get his weight down to around 213 maybe 210. Forget about smashing people on every play, and just play inspired fundamental football.

I would be very happy with that too.

He looks big and slow and most disturbing, unmotivated.

If he's not going to get smaller and quicker then getting bigger and moving to LB would be the best bet for him which is why I suggested it.
