We are all set.

Henson fans get over it. As Parcells clearly stated today, Henson is not Ready. Romo is poised to be our backup. And for that matter win football games if called on.

Nor you may want to address the indivdual instead of "Henson Fans" there are pleanty of us so called Henson fans who relize he is still a work in progress

I never say a scenario is unlikely. Injuries do happen.

I don't want any of our former QBs back. Not a single solitary one of them. I'd much rather go in a different direction.

can you imagine if Bledsoe were to go down this thursday night, and be stuck with Romo and Henson? thats why ive maintained all along that either Romo or Henson needs to go, and a veteran backup needs to be brought in.

To be honest, I think I'd rather have Vinny. He really didn't play THAT bad last year, considering. If the D holds up and our running game is sound, I think he'd make a solid backup. That said, I'd rather stick with Romo and Henson as the backups.

But speaking of Couch, I think Parcells is trying to avoid doing to Henson what was done to Couch. JMO.
You know Rack, I know I am harder on Vinny than I need to be, but I gotta admit, I just didn't like his game at all. As such I am hopeful he never comes back.

It's a valid point on what Parcells is trying to do. Perhaps you're right. I don't know. I don't believe there is one right way to bring up a QB and all the other ways are wrong. I do believe a QB develops faster by facing live ammo.

I hadn't thought about it but I liked Rohan Davey last year. He was released by New England. I don't think he's ready to start in the NFL either though.

Luckily Bledsoe has proven to be sturdy. I am not among the we're doomed if he goes down brigade. I think our young QBs can do fine if they have a chance.

Since people are throwing names out there what about Matt Schaub from Atl.? To be honest I don't know much about him but I know he played some solid pre season games last year and I have heard his name mentioned alot.

Schaub's name has been mentioned alot, but i doubt ATL would trade him at this point, he is there primary backup.

Yeah but do you think it would take more to get him than Volek or Kitna? Maybe not Kitna cause of his age which I dont know right off hand. But I would take either one of those before Schaub simply for starting exp. but if we were getting a new coach (a good one) I think Schaub would be a solid QB but I have thought that about alot of QBs.
