Yeah, I get that. But Archer is obviously wrong about it being a "done deal." It's not like he's taking them down to mess with people and is putting everything back up tomorrow when the deal is announced.

A source tells ESPN's Adam Schefter the Cowboys haven't called free agent RB DeMarco Murray since last week.

The first wave of high-priced free agents came and went with very little buzz on Murray, the NFL's leading rusher from last year. He's now deleted any references to the Cowboys from his Twitter page, heightening assumptions he won't be back. We wouldn't completely rule out a reunion though, as Murray could very well find a colder than expected market and have to come crawling back to Dallas for significantly less than the $8 million per year he's seeking. Racking up 497 touches in one season is going to bite him in the wallet.

If he had a deal in place to return to the team, his social media would still say Cowboys. That's about as obvious as you can get.

Are these the same sources that had Schefter working on the non existent Dez video for 6 months?

Adam needs some better sources for Dallas info. Archer tweeted this morning that Stephen Jones and Dez' agent communicated last night. Fisher has tweeted that they have been communicating.
