Adam, any chance you could work out a kind of plan where we keep the Hotel- as in how much can we afford to pay. As in now and the next two years- factoring in what we can afford for Newman, and the other guys.
I KNOW that would be a lot of work, but it sure would come in handy here and let us be ahead of the game when FA time comes.
