Take it for what it's worth...

This rivalry, more than any other, is always a tough game...

Take it and move along... it's a win...

Agreed...and it is a division win which is even more important and a sweep of the Skins!!!

I'm taking it and I'm moving forward. This matchup is always brutal. Toss everything out the window, records, stats, talent, whatever... I expect a field goal game between these two everytime. I'm shocked if it's a blow out either way.

It's called winning ugly. Steelers do it a bunch, how come we aren't allowed to win a few ugly ones the same? Oh yeah the Star on the side of the helmet. Bullcrap. It's a win against a hated divisional opponent. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!

Seems we haven't played well against the Commanders lately. It is a rivalry so its to be expected.

Yeah, but we made the mistakes again, they did not cause them. Thankful for the win, we have a long way to go.

Yeah keep believing that

Close call. Regardless of poorly we played, we lucked out ... Gano missed two FG's.

That's why a Kicker is so important in this game.

Thank heavens for Beetle Bailey !!!

Agree 100%. Ugly, pretty, blowout, OT field goal, I'll take the win.

Agreed.

We got a lot of things to work on but we stayed away from that 5th loss.

Happy with the Win. But Miami blowing out the Bills and us getting lucky today has me a worried.

And what else should I believe exactly? This isn't the Cowboys of the early 90's, it's a team in a very watered down league. You have a heralded Packers team that would give up an easy 50 to any of the early '90's Cowboy teams...

What am I supposed to believe? I've been watching this team for almost 50 years and a game against the Commanders is never a given...

If you're a fan since '88, you can't begin to understand this rivalry and what it means to the teams...

Please fill me in with your expansive knowledge, Swami...

Huge win today. Got to pull these types of games out to get into the dance.

What a difference a healthy Romo makes.

Miami's pythagorean expectation is now over 50%, but ours is over 60%, Dallas is at home, and Dallas has played a tougher schedule. No sure thing, mind you, but we should be favored.

That is what Bradshaw said after Long and Strahan were basically almost turning our win into a loss.

I just hope we can tighten up our Special Teams play.
That is what kept the Skins in the game.....

It doesn't matter what the records are... When the Boys play the Skins you can toss the records right out the window. Great game Cowboys! Now Let's go Eagles (so we can get to 1st place).

..for the Commanders' anyway.

Way to go Dallas. You squeaked by arguably the worst team in the NFL thanks to your own dumb luck, horrible officiating, and an un-clutch opposing kicker. Can't wait to watch you fizzle out in the first round of the playoffs if you even make it that far. Your defense is almost offensive. The Commanders couldn't score a touchdown if they fell ***-backwards into one, and you gave up 3? Thank you for improving our draft position while showing the rest of the NFL how horrible you really are. **** the Cowboys.":spidey: :redwhine:
