so, i've been out to several concerts and other summertime events in the city thus far this summer season, and while it is not the least bit unusual to hear the STUPID ea-girls chant anywhere at anytime (which is lame in and of itself....ea-girls chants at a concert???? DUMB!) but what has struck me is that it has been replaced w/ T.O. chants and T.O. talk.

never fails....i go to take a leak, and some drunk dude will stumble into the bathroom and yell "f@#$ T.O.!" and the whole place will go nuts. it's hilarious.

i guess my point is this...for a fan base that suppossedly hates him AND us so much....they just can't stop talking about him and us!!! we dominate any ea-girls conversation that seems to come up. they are absolutely LIVID that he would diss philly so badly and then be so happy (and paid) in dallas. and the homemade shirts that they are selling here that make fun of T.O.,...they are selling them at phillies games with FAMILIES AND KIDS AROUND...absolutely disgusting. (i won't repeat what the say here, but i'm sure you can figure it out) typical low-life philly stuff.

it's funny, b/c i was on the fence about T.O. when he first signed, but the more i see the hatred grow here in philly, and knowing that it will only worsen once the season actually starts, and once he starts ringing up TD's.....well, it makes me want to go get a T.O. jersey and take a walk around town.

this place is funny. i'm ALMOST sad to be moving back to texas this fall, b/c it will be a great time to be a cowboys fan here.

anyways, just thought you guys would like to know what's going on up north!

It will be great as long as a few months from now TO is not acting up or causing problems in Dallas. Philly fans embraced TO at the get go just as many Cowboy fans are now but that can change quickly with TO. I hope it is not the case but it can happen

Thanks for the information. I was in Philly on business a couple of weeks ago and maybe you can clarify something. I was in a cab on my way to the airport around 5:00AM so things were a little hazy. The cab drove right by Lincoln Financial field. There are some giant images of individual players around the outside of the stadium. The images are blurred for artisitc reasons I assume but, they are identifiable. I know one of the images was McNabb and I swear one was T.O. Is that correct? I was just wondering when and if they will take it down. It's probably not in Lurie's budget to remove it.

you know i thought i saw the same thing at a glance. i can't say for sure, (b/c i don't really pay great attention to it) but i suspect it is someone else. i can't imagine they kept images of him anywhere in public.

Dude - I'd think you'd have to be a serious bad *** to get away with that in Philly. If you're gonna do it, I'd probably not do it at a bar or concert or any place that serves alcohol, otherwise you're libel to get killed by one of those drunk *******s.

Anyway, if you do it, report back here how it goes. I bet some of the reactions you get will be hilarious.
