Given the fact that Reeves was a frequent target of Eli in that playoff loss was the release of Glenn in favor of Reeves during final cuts a deciding factor in this season's destiny?

Regrets?

No and none.

Rather have Glenn. At least he would jump the occasional route instead of always playing tentative

I agree with Fitty.

You have no idea. So far this is Wade's biggest gaffe. We gained nearly nothing by cutting him, and lost a whole lot.

Actually it's Wade's second; he also thought he could get our 3rd string QB on the PS and instead the Panthers grabbed him.

yeah but than again glenn was the biggest sissy on the team. that guy was so afraid to tackle somebody it was hard to watch.

They weren't carrying three QBs, regardless.

as for Reeves vs Glenn, I'm with whoever said to move on.

we should had IMHO, as oppossed to carrying Oglesby who never saw the field and probably wont make the squad this year if we draft all the corners we are supposed to. coulda woulda shoulda, hindsight is always 20/20.

Oglesby was active for 8 games and was probably on special teams during those games. Which means he saw more action for the Dallas Cowboys this year than Matt Moore. IMO, guys like Moore can be found every year.

I never understood cutting Glenn just to go with Reeves.

Hopefully that situation will be fixed this year.

A. Glenn didn't make plays anymore, and J. Reeves doesn't appear to have what it takes (the it factor) to play consistent big league ball. Yes, the ensuing upgrades will be nice.

Agree.

Let's move on, they both suck..........

Truer words have never been spoken. Glenn was past his prime and Reeves will be lucky to experience a prime on this level. They both blew. We definitely need a 2nd CB whether it be thru the draft or FA...

Glenn would have been better then Reeves. The question is - how much?
He was expensive and did not play special teams. As it turned out that should not have counted as much as it did. Wade and company decided to take a chance on Reeves. At least now we know.

That's a catch 22. Hatin to see Glenn attepmt to tackle or watching Reeves make the tackle for every pass thrown his way.

Why are you worried about it?

Reeves is going to be a FA in a week or so.

He'll be gone. [Unless Jerry gets his checkbook out.]
