The QB must go down and must go down hard.

I will be happy with a defensive front 4
Aaron Lynch, Henry Milton, Aaron Donald, Scott Crichton

The time is now to build a force on DEFENSIVE that QB's will fear

Take Lynch off and I would love it.

I actually like the idea of trading back if Donald or Barr are gone. Getting Shazier, Critchton and Easley.

Lynch should absolutely be in the conversation. I don't put a lot of stock into teenage problems with girlfriends, he was a florida guy who never wanted to leave, he signed with FSU, until Brian Kelly talked him out of it last minute. He was never happy there. Lynch has tremendous upside and the talent of a top twenty pick. He will not fall into the 5th or 6th rds. If we did our homework and Marinelli thinks he can get hustle out of him, I race to the podium for a 3rd Rd pick.

I would definitely take a shot on Lynch at some point. If not for the mental makeup questions he would be a 1st round pick, IMO. Physically, he might be the 2nd best DE in this draft.

I have no idea what round he will be drafted. Vontaze Burfict was a UDFA due to mental makeup questions.

I think he comes off the board early, this a very thin class at RDE, this guy has freakish athletic tools, elite size and speed and he's a good football player. There is some tape out there showing leadership qualities like pumping up the team before kickoff etc. He had a good pro-day, how bad can his head be? This is why scouts.... scout.

Burficit went to the pro-bowl, Q.Coples had 10 sacks last year. We label these kids potential busts at such a young age, sometimes we have to look at how they will respond to a professional program. In these last two cases it was pretty positive.

Not sure I agree with this. At 249 lbs he is still pretty small. He has the frame to put on muscle but right now he is light in the pants and that does make a difference.

He played at about 270 when he was at ND. He still had terrific speed/quickness at the higher weight.

I respectfully disagree with this.

Aaron Lynch
PositionDESchoolUSF
Height6' 5"Weight249 lbs
ClassRS SophomoreNumber19

I watched 3 games of his against Michigan State, UConn, and SMU and I didn't feel he played with strength or passion. I know that he probably has some display of strength somewhere in there but by and large he gets stoned. He does have speed, I admit but he often quits on the play even tho it's still going on within just a couple yards of him. This gave me a really sour taste on him. I would use a late round pick on him just to see if maybe he can be coached up or grow up but I would be really upset if we took him early.

Replace Aaron Lynch with Chris Smith and it would be much better

There is a good chance we get none of those 4 players.

Donald and Barr will most likely be off the board and the other 2 may be high second rounders.

The draft gurus are starting to say that Barr will fall to the 20s. I doubt that their evaluations have really changed but the nfl people they know are at least not as high. (or putting out false info)
