Aaron Rodgers: A Class Act?

I have to say that Favre fooled me. Rodgers is at least genuine. Honest to a fault but he is genuine. Favre not so much. The aw shucks I just want to play football was not quite as genuine as we were made to believe.

He may be genuine and honest.

Just because he does for charities doesn't make a class act.
It's great that he does it and many benefit but it does not automatically infer class act.

Drug dealers and gangsters gave/give to charities. Not class acts.

But when one does it without tooting your own horn, and many other things without regard to any recognition, it speaks volumes to the character of that person. And with that Rodgers is second to none. As all athletes he has some diva in him, but he backs it up with his play. Drama queen?+ not hardly. The media blows up everything with athletes and when you are the best in the game, they go overboard.

Why are you so peeved about an opinion and where do you get your "common knowledge?" I've lived in Chicago 4 years now and get a lot of Packer news. I never hear anything bad about the guy. Even my friends that are Bears fans and hate the Packers only hate him because he is so good. In fact I heard he can be pretty funny and found this article about his weird humor. No you are not. Only stating an opinion against him with nothing to back it up other than an honest answer to a question. Only skip bayless carries around that kind of hate and anyone in his crosshairs should carry it as a badge of honor. I dont live in Chicago so I cant comment on what they think of him there. Im just going on what is a generally held opinion of the guy by many. For example, its no secret that he isnt loved by all of his teammates, current or former. So yea, I do have a clue. I pay attention to what goes on in the world of sports.
