Eberflus is in the hot seat, and rightfully so, what about Whitecotton?

He has some young guys drafted fairly highly (Eze, Kneeland, mazi) mixed in with veteran players like Fowler and Clark.

After watching the Panthers run the ball the ENTIRE game through wide open lanes, what are you thoughts on him coaching up the dline?

Interesting.

That is the crux of the Fire Flus movement, most likely you are going to get one of his disciples that also has been a miserable failure this year. Better to flush it all in the off season and take the consolation prize of mid round 1st which is what you would probably get with a Flus disciple anyways.

Plus we aren't changing schemes mid year. Firing Eberflus now makes us no better. Eberflus has had success as a DC, I think its smart to give him the year to see if the unit improves.

Personally Id like to see him go after the season because Im not a fan of his scheme and I think he has done a particularly poor coaching job up to this point. The Bland 4th down stands out, but that type of poor awareness has been happening all over, all year and isnt getting fixed. Thats coaching

The DL has been poor the LB’s abysmal and the secondary is torched . What’s not to like on this D coaching staff .

They should all leave after the season if the unit doesn’t recover .
