Did Tampa direct any of their passing game towards him last night?
They got him on a him/low where they had a receiver in motion in the flat and another one behind him. Part of it is the scheme in that situation. Also it appeared that Scandrick was out of place to help.Did Tampa direct any of their passing game towards him last night?
Dreaming. Brown has played okay for a rookie, but he's definitely the weak link out there. We play a safety behind him in our two-deep zone. Last two games, our CBs have not stayed home to play sides like early in the year with Mo and Carr. Carr carried Beckham all over the field for 4 catches on 9 targets,1 TD, 94 yards (61 through middle of our D after a 5-yard slant); last night he carried Evans all over the field, yielding 4 catches on 8 targets for 59 yards and no scores. There's a reason Carr has stopped playing only one side. They are protecting the rookie.Brown will be a starter next year. Bye Carr.
I get ya Chuck. You're a heady, die-hard, and know things youngins don't. I've been a fan for quite some time too. Carr will be gone most likely. Anthony has a much higher ceiling in athletic ability and over all skills as a CB. So I can live without Carr and his discretionary play.Dreaming.
