We currently have 2 punters. The other guy was signed as a FA and played under Fassel . Names Hunter. Going to be good to watch the competition in preseason. Last years punter Niswander was pretty good if not great.

Hunter and Niswander are the same guy. The new guy is named Bryan Anger, and he did not play for Fassel. Anger is an NFL veteran and has been a strong punter for 8-9 years. Career average of 46.2 yards per punt.

Niswander had a nice run in his 8 games with Dallas too though, so there might be a nice competition. Looks like both may be quality options.

We agree. Last year was just amongst the worst I ever saw. Fake punts that should not be called..long FGs that should not have been tried..stuff that you do not do in HS. And McCarthy did it way too often.

Defense was the worst I had ever seen.
