I say get over it.

One thing we don't need is Danny Snyder writing a check to T.O. to team up with Santana Moss. Imagine our secondary trying to keep up with those two guys and Campbell going aerial.

Even if T.O. doesn't lead the league in receiving TDs or anything else, he is good enough to attract double coverage.

You probably did not like Deion, Hollywood, Irvin and even back to Dandy Don. Too outlandish, too vocal, too individualistic. But all great players.

I don't care if T.O. runs his mouth. He makes the Cowboys better, bottom line. Let's not be so sensitive just because an athlete runs his mouth. What counts of production.

This next game: T.O. scores two TDs and breaks a couple of long ones.

Below is the move I taught Emmitt.

Unfortunately the people that ''hate'' T.O and not just dislike him will bring up the drops he has no matter wut. the guy can have 20 TD's , be the leader in WR's for the ENTIRE NFL and his drops would still be mentioned. its that big of a deal b/c its T.O. If ''The player'' is here or not next year I dont care, b/c my Dallas Cowboys will here forever. but.....we sure are a lot of a heck better with him. A season experience under the system, 2 healthy hands and I believe T.O can produce even more.

We shall see...

I would love to see TO and Brandon Lloyd in the same locker room!

First of all, people here (like me) who don't like T.O. are not whiners. We just are tired of this guy's act wherever it has played. It's too much drama for the results the team is getting. I suggest you go to DallasCowboys.com and read the article there right now by Nick Eatman on T.O. in which he calls his season, behavior and production for the team a wash. That article sums up why people like me and others are annoyed. For what Jerry is paying this guy he needs to be more than a wash. He should be a difference maker and he's not. Besdies the Atlanta game, name me some moments where this guy played so well that it made you stop and say "wow." I can't name any and I watch every play of every game. Owens is getting paid to change games and he has not done that. I don't care what his stats say. Football is more than just a game of stats. You should know that. You want stats to tell the whole story go be a baseball fan. The point is, people who don't like T.O. feel they have a good reason not to and for me that is too much drama and not enough game changing plays. And don't compare this guy to Deion or Irvin. Those two guys made the game changing plays when necessary so putting up with their crap was not as bad to deal with. Owens is on his third team in four years and except for his first year in Philly, the guy has done nothing and gotten by on rep alone. That's why the haters hate. The guy just isn't a diffence maker anymore. As for this quote you had: This next game: T.O. scores two TDs and breaks a couple of long ones my response is I've been hearing that all season long from the T.O. apologists and except for the Atlanta game I'm still waiting for this type of performance to happen.

Owens isn't drawing the attention some think.
JJ is in his first healthy year
Barber is an animal. Who the WR is when he carries the ball doesn't matter one bit. He runs people over.

possibly one more win, that drop right down the seem of the Washington game cost us that game.

So yeah I have my answer, I had it a long time ago.
No owens isn't worth ten million.

The stats are nice but thats about it.

Yes, what Danny Snyder does and who he signs surely puts the fear in me.

Ever notice the Owens hiney kissers that complain about all the endless media attention their boy wonder gets, and yet, will come in here day in and day out and post a multitude of threads about Owens themselves?

Should have bought me some of that Chapstick stock, it should be going through the roof by now.

Seriously...

You need to grow up...

People like me who have issues with his attitude and comments are not necessarily "haters" or may not even dislike him...

Instead of pointing the finger at people like us who challenge the blatantly incorrect comments that some people make here about TO's performance in this system, his drops, his attitude, etc. how about looking at the source of all this drama and crap in Dallas?...

It's almost as if you guys have such disdain for anyone who calls out TO's behavior that you're blaming us for the distractions going on...

One person even suggested yesterday, after I provided stats proving that he's having a very good year even in THIS system that people think is so detrimental to TO, that the people who are critical have succumbed to ESPN's BS...

That's so laughable and childish on so many different fronts it completely discredits those people in your camp...

What also counts is 'football character' - an identity that is connected with the TEAM, as Irvin had.

Owens has done nothing since he's been here to prove he has any.

I hope he scores FIVE tds this week.

But I will continue to loathe him til he finds some humility, and stops embarrassing the uniform he wears with spitting, napping in the endzone, and endless whining. His narcissism is repellent...extremely so. Too bad it defines him even more than his game, but it is the area where he is most 'dominant' - not on the field - but being a prick.

PS. We're the HATERS. "You're" the whiners. :)

But good post....you clearly want what's best for the team, and aren't just swinging on Owens jocks like some others here.

T.O. is not worth the 25 mil he was signed for. He drops balls, whines when we don't win, whines when we win, verbally attacks other players and coaches and right now, is more of a problem than he is worth.

No, I didn't like Deion, AT ALL. And T.O. is right there with him. I think we should have kept Keyshawn and we'd be a better team for it. T.O. Shows NO leadership, other than to whine when he doesn't get involved. Well, if he'd catch the d@$% ball, he'd be more involved. At least with Keyshawn, you could count on him catching the ball nearly every time! :bang2:

Sanders talked but he produced. His talk was more along the lines of Chad Johnson. Kind of funny.

Oh, and as for the prediction of him getting 2 TD's against Detroit? So what? Detroit stinks as a team. 2 wins all year, and if he doesn't get 2 TD's then he isn't playing to his potential.

Look at Owens track record. Against the really good teams, he dissappears. Against the lower level teams, he goes out gangbusters and has a great game. BAH! He's a loudmouth cancer who has no business being on our team. HE DANCED ON OUR STAR!!! Throw the bum out!

Sanders was at least slightly amusing...

And I don't recall his comments/actions creating as much controversy as TO's...

Plus, Sanders left his teams for greener pastures unlike TO who was asked to leave for his behavior...

TO just vomits all over himself...
