I think that question is an important one. Were the receivers getting open in a reasonable amount of time. Are they running the right routes, are they running quick routes, are they getting separation. Are the plays being called suited to the WR/TE strengths. That is the one thing that is difficult to see watching a game on TV.
Why aren't we throwing to the running backs more. That worked well last year quite a bit.
The 1st game is tough to judge from because Tampa was playing their zone and were missing assignments "apparently". Our guys looked pretty open that game, on the replays, but not sure about Giants game. We played 2 backup corners and couldn't get open? Or was Romo just off that much, not going through his reads and finding the open guy?
