Access denial question

I've been trying to access the forums and soon as I click on a post this message keeps popping up:

$bbuserinfo[username], you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

I've been trying to access the forums and soon as I click on a post this message keeps popping up:

You probably need to activate your account.

When you register you should have gotten an activation email...note sometimes this email goes to a spam or bulk folder...until you activate your account you will not be able to go into read the forums.

At times the forum does not require someone to login before reading, at other times that setting changes.

Please make sure you ACTIVATE your account. You were sent an email when you registered with instructions on how to activate your account. Spam filters like the one used by Yahoo.com sometimes filter the activation email. Check your Spam/Bulk email folders for it!

This is not my username and I have not received an e-mail regarding anything; besided I registered months ago and have not had a problem until yesterday.
