Cowboys 26th, Browns 23rd.
So we were tied with the Patriots? And how did the Browns rate better then us after giving up 6 sacks? - Seem to remember hearing that they're only expected to hold their blocks for 3 seconds or something like that.

How the heck are the Browns higher than us??
Just a few things I'm seeing from their data...

1) Tyler Guyton really killed the pass blocking grade for the team with a grade of 27. Steele was below average at 58 but he also go the majority of snaps against Garrett. Everyone else with more than 4 snaps was graded out at average or better.
2) They didn't credit any of the sacks on Watson against the Browns Oline. The Browns gave up more pressures but they also had 60 pass plays compared to 37 for the Cowboys.
3) There really isnt a massive gap in the team scores from the Cowboys at 26 all the way until you get to #17 Washington. Given the sample size its a difference in just a few plays.

Please people lose sight of that fact that you're not supposed to have rankings this early for nobody I don't even wanna rank our team it's so old when you look at the college preseason ranking compared to what it looks like the first couple of weeks the same with everything leading up to the Cowboys game one most of the narratives were already busted but I'm not ready to make any claims we need to see more the sample size is way too small but somehow Carolina are gangbusters now...
Yeah, maybe by week 4 you have something semi-reliable.

PFF doesnt grade on the outcome, but what they feel is an acceptable from each individual. For example if a QB throws a perfect 30 yard pass that is dropped by the receiver that still counts as a positive play for the QB on their scoring. They didn't credit any of the 6 sacks against the Oline, and felt it had more to do with poor play from the QB.
