IMHO his heart went out of it the day he signed his big deal. He got paid and packed it in and has been on a severe downward spiral ever since. If his heart was still in it he would still be in shape and would be an effective NFL player.
I respect your opinion, but I don't think it's about the work he's putting in. I think his body just can't handle it anymore.

He was 21 during the 2016 season. Those first few seasons he was so young, he was able to bounce back from punishment quickly. But he's 27 now with 1880 carries. And let's not forget how much contact he takes/intiates in pass pro.

RBs just tend to hit a wall around the 6 season or 1800 carry mark and he's just beyond both of those now.

I could go back to just last season to see a focused, energized Zeke. Zeke looked great until he suffered that knee injury against Carolina. I don't think anything has changed except for what he is truly capable of.

Another day, another Pappy thread about Dak.

ob·ses·sion
/əbˈseSH(ə)n/
Learn to pronounce

noun
  1. the state of being obsessed with someone or something.
    • an idea or thought that continually preoccupies or intrudes on a person's mind.
So it's okay when many were creating Dak threads after the TB game but it's not okay when Pappy creates a thread about Dak.....simply because you do not agree with the sentiment.

..if Dak could talk. What would he say?

Probably lash out at his stupid receivers who don't follow routes.

KM keeps running same plays.

Not enough creativity in offense. ...etc.

Dak is such a good guy, he wont do that.

He means it this time. He had his fingers crossed when he said it after the 21 season.

Not a lot of people know that.

The point is that he never makes any other threads or posts about the team. ALL of his posts/threads are ONLY about Dak. You can go through hundreds of his previous posts/threads and you will not find one general post about the Dallas Cowboy team.
It's disturbing. It appears he has a personal obsession/attraction to the QB.

Dak was NEVER this QB his defenders thought he was. Year in and year out he had STRECHES of such horrible QB play, he is the worst player on the field.

His flaws are the same flaws. He peaked a long time ago.

Pulling for Dak is like pulling for Garrett. What a waste.

He’s regressing before our eyes and yet his pay keeps going up. If we can’t replace him or trade him, bring in someone that can at least try to fix him
He's inconsistent. Sometimes, like versus Tampa Bay, you see the improvement. You see his ability to make things happen, to throw tight passes, make good decisions.

then, like vs 49ers, you see the QB that makes poor decisions, makes poor throws, and can't seem to get on the same page as anyone else.

In some games, the offense was able to overcome those mistakes or defense handed them short fields or put up points themselves, but you never really know which Dak was coming out to play

Acho is 100% correct.

I rarely agree with Acho. And I don't once again.

You don't think the season was a disappointment for the Cowboys? What the hell is he talking about?

He should have said, the Cowboys played the niners to a draw and their defense only gave up 19 points but Daks 2 picks were the difference and he alone shares the blame

He should have worded it different:

"I don’t think the performance of the team was a disappointment for the Cowboys, I think Dak was a disappointment"

Obviously the season was a disappointment for them because they didn't go all the way. They wanted to win. They can be proud of how they played though...except Dak.
